Created with harmony of tradition and innovation, Niebaum-Pennino features a selection of sustainably cultivated wines.

Niebaum-Pennino was created in admiration of Francis Coppola’s maternal grandfather and namesake, the musician and composer Francesco Pennino.

Explore the rich flavors from the renowned Rutherford bench, to the sun-kissed vineyards of Puglia, Italy, where we source our Niebaum-Pennino varietals.

A Fragrance Assails Us, The Aroma Of Wine.

Niebaum-Pennino features a selection of sustainably cultivated wines sourced from organically farmed vineyards. Created with a harmony of tradition and innovation, they interpret the distinctiveness of what Italians call la materia prima or “the primal source”.

Inspired by his innovative mind, Gustave Niebaum dug a small cave in the heart of the famed Rutherford region in 1882 to learn about wine aging and temperature ideals.  Today his tradition endures as Niebaum-Pennino continues to experiment because we still prefer to know rather than to wonder.
