First Chair members who wish to terminate their membership with Niebaum Pennino may do so when done within two weeks of the next shipment processing, and once all Terms and Conditions (including receiving two club shipments sent within the first year of membership) have been met.

Place Account Inactive – automatic reactivation date six months from inactive date request 
Members may request to place their account Inactive for up to six months at a time. Upon the completion of the Inactive period, please note the following club shipment may not be suspended. However, please note that we understand that things can happen, and therefore we are always happy to have a conversation about any special requests you may have.
