Captain Niebaum was a man of many passions–wine, most famously. But vineyards weren’t the only thing cultivated in historic Rutherford. As early as 1883, young olive trees & their cuttings were being cultured on our estate. Over a century later, the fruits of this labor produce an olive oil infused with the taste of this iconic region, paired expertly with our Champagne and Balsamic Vinegars.
